Porta-Grazer™ Warranty

Warranty, Damages, Shortages, Returns and Contact information:

Warranty: The original purchaser will receive a pro-rated replacement if the product fails within three years (36 months) from the purchase date due to a manufacturing defect. An amount equal to one thirty sixth (1/36) of our current web site retail price will be charged for each full calendar month from the date of purchase to the date of notification of failure. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages:
If the product is received in damaged condition please notify the delivering carrier immediately and contact Booralite Park Pty Ltd on 0407 187 198.

Returns:
1) If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Booralite Park Pty Ltd you may return the merchandise new and unused (return shipping costs paid by the customer) in the original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the product. After the product has been returned to Booralite Park Pty Ltd and deemed new and unused by Booralite Park Pty Ltd the purchase price (less any shipping and handling charges that were included in the purchase price) will be refunded to the buyer.

2) If you have used the product and are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return it please notify Booralite Park Pty Ltd no later than 30 days from the date you received the product. After the product has been returned (return shipping costs paid by the customer) and inspected by Booralite Park Pty Ltd the purchase price (less any shipping and handling charges that were included in the purchase price) minus a 15% restocking charge will be refunded to the buyer.

*Returned products showing significant damage or wear cannot be returned and the refund credit will be denied.

*A copy of your purchase receipt must accompany the returned item.

Booralite Park Pty Ltd specifically does not authorise anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by Booralite Park Pty Ltd in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions. Booralite Park Pty Ltd disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment.  We reserve the right to limit quantities.
